The DOY25 packaging machine is a true innovation in the packaging industry and is considered the highest performance equipment in its market segment.
DOY25 met the requirements of a production of 20 cycles / minute for bags with a width of between 100 and 200 mm.

Features:

1. The transfer of the bag, from one workstation to the next, is carried out by means of a motorized brushless axis, of last generation, that offers precision, speed and great energy saving.
2. Contains a double-sided bag loading mat, an accessory previously present only on high quality models. The double storage allows greater autonomy of work and greater precision in the positioning of the bag in the collection station.
3. The DOY25 packaging machine is equipped with three precision digital vacuum switches, one for each group of handling cups, for constant control of the working process and to ensure correct positioning of the bag itself. If one of the vacuum switches detects an anomaly, the machine will discard the bag that's being processed to proceed with the next  one to process, with a maximum tolerance of three attempts.
4. Accessories available on request: Automatic opening of the zip, air intake, emission of gases.
5. The machine can process all kinds of preformed bags, including side nozzle bags for liquids.
6. The equipment is totally built in stainless steel AISI 304
7. The DOY25 can be combined with any dosing system for liquids, granules, powder products, etc.
8. The machine is able to pack: coffee, snacks (eg peanuts), seeds, liquids such as juices, detergents, soups, chocolates, candy, teas / herbal teas and powdered products in general.
