Flow-Pack Machine Auriga 500

The Flow-Pack Auriga 500 packaging machine is a high-production horizontal automatic equipment. It is ideal for producing pillow-pack packaging, from laminated film and / or BOPP in flat, smooth or printed sheets.

It was designed and developed on the basis of modern and reliable technology that makes this equipment versatile, simple and intuitive, suitable for making a wide range of products, from food, technical, horticultural, pharmaceutical, replacement and many others. This equipment is also suitable for the packaging of individual protection masks.

The main structure is made of steel and anodized anti-corrosion treated aluminum and all parts in contact with the product to be made in AISI 304 stainless steel, isolated mechanical and electrical parts and protected from the work table, to avoid dirt and product residues and in full compliance with the latest European Directives in the field of Work Safety.

• Feeding table with a total length of 2100 mm, useful for loading 1400 mm products, nickel-plated steel chain and quick-release separators in plastic material, complete with side guides in AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable in width for fitting according to the size of the products.

• Longitudinal welding group consisting of two sets of wheels with a diameter of 120 mm.

• Welding and cross-cutting group with full rotating jaw with rectified jaw with a width of 240 mm and marking of the welding by means of transversal strokes with a width of 12.5 mm and an inclined tempered knife.

• Product passage through fixed forming tunnel and marking the film path to execute a perfect packaging.

• OMRON drive motorization and wiring diagram with PLC components.

• Control of the equipment by means of epicycloidal reducers.

• 7 ’’ color touch screen panel.

• Complete control panel with power presence indicator, START and STOP button, selector with key for AUTOMATIC - MANUAL, RESET button and EMERGENCY button.

• Exit mat with length of 1000 mm.

• Accident protection according to European CE marking directives.
